Gwinganna Health Retreat Review

The new year is the perfect time to hit ‘reset’ on your lifestyle choices and one of the most effective ways to do that is to head to a health retreat. It’s easier than fumbling along trying to make changes at home, as there are qualified experts to hold your hand the whole way through. It fully immerses you in the study of health and wellness and allows you to cherry-pick the therapies and activities that will assist you most in your journey. 

I first visited Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat almost five years ago and found it to be a complete game-changer in the way I looked at health and wellbeing. After that trip, I started healthy habits that continue with me today. But last November, after an extremely taxing year, I was totally burnt-out. I knew I had to reprioritise things and start putting my health first, but I lacked the discipline to do it by myself. So, I enrolled in the four day Nourishing You workshop. here’s how it went…
