From super creams to lasers, ultrasounds to injections, never have we had so many ways to defy ageing. And while submitting to a series of injections isn’t for everyone, there’s no denying their popularity. In their 2016 Face Value report, Allergan (the makers of Botox) estimate that although more than 600,000 Australian women have tried injectables, there’s a lot they don’t know about them. So, here at Beauticate, we decided to road test some of the latest techniques in wrinkle relaxing and dermal filler injections with Cosmetic Surgeon Dr Anoop Rastogi. See how it all turned out…

Wow!! During the process I thought it was going to be a dramatic difference, but it looks so natural… Love that he kept stressing the natural positive attributes on her face and looked pretty painless

Now how long will something like this last? Do you have to go in for touch-ups??

Hi Marsha, botox lasts 3-4 months but can last as long as 6 and fillers last 6 months to 2 years and yes touch ups after that time are recommended if you would like the results to stay!
