How to make sauerkraut for gut health and that glow

We challenge you to find a health blog or nutrition nut who isn’t well versed in the health benefits of sauerkraut. This fermented cabbage dish may sound unusual, but it has been eaten in Europe and Asia for centuries, and for good reason. Brimming with healthy probiotics, this fermented dish is great for digestion, boosting healthy gut bacteria, a great hit of vitamins and minerals and fibre. Luckily, making your own sauerkraut is super easy and a great way to use up that hunk of cabbage wallowing in your veggie crisper. Here, Beauticate founder Sigourney Cantelo shows you exactly how to make your own sauerkraut in a snap.
