If you haven’t already noticed, podcasts are kind of everywhere at the moment. They’re perfect listening for when you’re getting ready in the morning, cooking up a storm, or making your commutes a little less dull. You can find ones on (quite literally) every topic imaginable, but here at Beauticate, we’re interested in podcasts to help raise our sartorial game – here are our picks.

FASHION: NO FILTER

There’s a high chance that the chic, effortless style of Parisiennes Camille Charrière and Monica Ainley de la Villardière have been gracing your Insta feeds for the past few years (if not, follow them right now – you won’t regret it.) On each episode, they interview some of their most fashionable friends, from Chanel muse Caroline de Maigret, the Man Repeller’s Leandra Medine, and model Laura Bailey. They discuss the hard-hitting issues around fashion, like ethically-made clothing, the #MeToo movement and more – while keeping things light enough to not bring down the mood on your morning commute. Our fave part? When the girls share the Instagram accounts they’re loving, so you can add a little je ne sais quoi to your feed, too.

FASHION UNZIPPED

The podcast for all your fashion news needs. This weekly podcast from the UK Telegraph newspaper takes you through all the breaking fashion news from across the world – from red carpet events, to how to make the most of your Zara buys, and the key to buying the perfect pair of jeans. It’s fun, it’s informative and it will ensure you’re always up-to-date with the latest fashion news.

PARDON MY FRENCH WITH GARANCE DORÉ

If you’re a fan of Garance Doré’s gorgeous illustrations and her blog, Atelier Doré, then we recommend you familiarise yourself with her podcast. She sits down for frank conversations with the likes of Christian Louboutin, makeup artist Violette and former French Vogue editor-in-chief, Joan Juliet Buck, about their lives and careers (plus a super fun quick-fire round at the end). These interviews are interspersed with “pocket” episodes – relaxed chats with her friends about the topics on her mind (think PDA, birth control and dating) that make you feel like you’re just spending time with your girlfriends. Plus, we’re totally obsessed with Garance’s French accent.
