Sacred Six on Escape, Intention and the Spas That Shape Us

I’ve just finished filming Sacred Six: Best Destination Spas in Australia, and I recorded this episode from Alba on the Mornington Peninsula. Alba immediately took me back to my twenties, to visiting thermal spas in Switzerland and realising, very clearly, that this was the world I wanted to write about.

Sacred Six isn’t just a list. It’s about the places that fuse architecture, design and wellness in a way that feels transportive. The kind of spaces where you step out of your everyday life and into something more intentional, more imaginative, more restorative.
