Using Foderma serum for young grandson, and it has greatly helped my daughter get a grip on his eczema. He was having a hard time with a particularly bad outbreak on his hand. Has really helped clear it up. There are so many products out there that help some, but not others. It’s hard to say it will definitely get rid of yours, but this serum is one of the items we’re trying and it seems to help our toddler.

My younger brother used to have really bad eczema and we found that constantly moisturizing really helped clear up the redness and irritation

I had no idea that eczema could be caused by certain foods in your diet!

Thank you so much for this post. I’ve had severe eczema since birth (now 37). I feel like I have tried everything there is to offer OTC. The only time I can recall it being somewhat nonexistent were two times in my life. One, I was on an amazing steroid cream (not ointment) & steroid pill. Two, I would lay in a tanning bed 4x/wkly for 7-10 minutes in the most basic bed they had.
Unfortunately, I currently no longer have insurance and am having the absolute worst break out as an adult. Hands, arms (in the crease and lower half), behind the knees, right temple and what had prompted me to do more research was my just noticing the patch on my collar bone. The redness, itching, cracking, puss oozing has just become painful.
As much as I wish I could afford the products above that I’ve obviously not tried yet, I wanted to simply comment and say thank you to everyone involved in this reading. Truly. It’s nice to be reminded that I’m not alone. My other half acts like cortzone should be the cure all when in fact that burns and increases the redness.
Respectfully,

Great post, very informative! I completely agree that eczema is worse in the winter. Whenever the temperature changes, my hands feel it straight away and become red raw. I’ve tried many supplements throughout the years but nothing has seemed to work. I’m interested to find out what other people think or any recommendations that can help me in future! x

Nicely written the remedies on can opt for eczema treatment and cure.
Also, just go on a simple vegetarian diet, work out daily and drink as much water you can.
I once suffered through the Eczema but now it had been controlled a lot.
