COFFEE

Besides smelling like heaven, coffee grounds are great for targeting hard to erase annoyances like cellulite, stretch marks, and scarring. With anti-inflammatory and powerful antioxidant properties, it’s especially soothing for those suffering from breakouts.

Cult favorite, Frank Body Coffee Scrub, is a great place to start using coffee in your skin routine. Packed with Robusta coffee beans, cold-pressed almond oil, vitamin E, and sea salt, – it’s natural, vegan, and cruelty-free.  Trust us, once you try it, it definitely won’t be your last scrub.

PEACH SEEDS

For generations, people in India have used peach pit and yoghurt to moisturise and tone the skin. Peaches contain a high concentration of Alpha hydroxy acids, which are acids that work to break down and dead skin cells and create new cell turnover. This, coupled with the Vitamin A and C found inside of the peach pit, leave the skin softer and smoother, without feeling irritated.

If you’re peachy keen to try peach pit, you’ll fall in love with Soap & Glory Flake Away.  It nourishes, moisturizes, and all ingredients are strictly all-natural: shea butter,  almond oil, sea salt and  sugar.

SEA SALT

Salt scrubs don’t just exfoliate, they increase circulation and cell regeneration. It’s similar to the concept of trimming your dead ends –  once you remove the dead cells, new cells can grow back quicker and healthier.

Salt scrubs are suitable for all skin types because it self adjusts depending upon your skin’s oil production and solution dilution. Based on the amount of water you use, the effects become stronger or weaker. Oily skin will call for a stronger, less diluted mixture, while those with sensitive skin can use the same scrub, just add a bit more water.

Lush Ocean Salt Facial and Body Scrub is an absolute fan favorite.

WALNUT

Walnuts aren’t just great to eat, thanks to all the good fats, antioxidants, minerals and fibers, they’re also rejuvenating for your skin.

Walnut’s omega-3 content gives your skin a healthy glow, by helping it hold in moisture, and blocks toxins from coming through your pores. The potassium found in walnuts fights inflammation and tightens your skin, while targeting wrinkles.

Using walnut shells and kakadu plums, Natural Instinct’s Invigorating Facial Scrub  removes impurities and dull surface cells, to  protect and repair skin.
