Thanks for this. I just came back from Byron too and really enjoyed balancing my overindulgences with swimming laps. I’d like to build swimming into my fitness routine but I’m concerned about the drying effects of chlorine. I have sensitive skin and am meticulous with anti aging products. Thanks so much xo

Chlorine can be pretty rough on your skin – use plenty of moisturiser afterwards and put a conditioner in your hair before you go in. I try to swim at the beach as much as possible as the salt isn’t as harsh. x

Love the idea of a spray lotion – so much more convenient. Any suggestions for a good sunscreen that doesn’t leave your skin oily afterwards?

Cosmedix Reflect is good!

I’ve never heard of hair protection from the sun. Do you just use it after showering or put it in when you’re in the sun?
sigourney
You use it before swimming or sunbaking. x
