GIF OF WOMEN HEALING

At the end of 2023, I hit a wall. Anxiety and burnout forced me to slow down and rebuild (you can hear more in earlier episodes). Out of that experience came Beautiful Inside — our vodcast for honest conversations about mental health, healing, and redefining beauty as something that starts within.

In this solo episode, I share my Sacred Six — the rituals, practices, and mindset shifts that are helping me heal, reset, and find balance

Watch the full episode of Beautiful Inside below:

1. Creating a Sacred Space

For me, healing starts with environment. I’ve curated a corner of my home that feels intentional, soothing, and filled with meaning.

What’s inside my sacred space:

The setting itself matters too — a Viola marble benchtop from Allambie Marble Crafts and VJ panels that feel calming yet elevated. It’s a daily reminder of how ritual and environment shape healing.

2. Energy Healing with Kellie

I recently completed an 8-week Spiral with Kellie from Soul Healing with Kellie. Her story of trauma and transformation inspired me to dive in. The process blended emotional clearing, EFT, and inner child work.

What it gave me:

  • More openness, less procrastination

  • Courage to take action

  • Cleared blocks around goal-setting

  • Freedom to dream bigger, without fear

One lesson stood out: get out of your own way.

3. Spinal Energetics with Dr Sarah Jane

Dr Sarah Jane created Spinal Energetics™, a therapy combining chiropractic, psychology, and energy work. In my session, she “read” my pain with uncanny accuracy. At one point, my arm felt like it was on fire.

Though my neck pain continues, I came away understanding how deeply physical and emotional healing mirror one another.

4. Breath & Sound Healing with Tanya Alijani

Through her Soulchemy method, Tanya combines breathwork and sound frequencies to shift the body into deep relaxation.

I set an intention to release parenting anxiety, and left her session feeling lighter, calmer, and transformed.

5. Yin Yoga at Modern Movement

Yin yoga has become my Sunday reset. At Modern Movement, teachers Tim and Rose create a deeply spiritual, still space that balances the intensity of my other practices. It’s slow, grounding, and exactly what I need to recharge.

6. Mindset Shifts with Mel Robbins

Sometimes the simplest tools make the biggest difference. Mel RobbinsLet Them philosophy and 5 Second Rule gave me structure and motivation.

They helped me clarify my fitness goals — weights, running, swimming — and reminded me that movement is medicine for body, mind, and soul.

Looking Ahead
