Sleep is an enigma but oh-so-important. If you're anything like me, it doesn’t always come easily. There are nights when your brain just… won’t switch off. You open your notes to jot one thing down and suddenly you’re sliding into a casual doom-scroll until 2am. And then there are those evenings I go to bed early feeling quietly smug, only to wake at 4am thinking about something I said in 2007. This edit isn’t about an ideal routine. It’s about the sleep-enhancers I actually use to wind down, stay asleep and wake up feeling like myself again
