Tried a baobab and strawberry coconut ice cream (dairy free/vegan) the other day from zebra! Found it in an organic health food store, so delicious, definitely a great substitute to normal ice cream (minus the bloating and milky after feel)!
Also, i have tried making my own sauerkraut before, but mold formulates on top and I chucked it out because i wasn’t sure if that was meant to happen? Does that happen with your Sauerkraut Sigourney?

Hi Gigi, sometimes the top cabbage leaf gets a bit of mould on it but I just throw it out and everything underneath is fine. Make sure you use that top cabbage leaf as a ‘plug’ abs it will protect the batch underneath. And I’m def trying that coconut ice cream! X
