A fair bit has changed on the beauty front, too. Now, there are so many advances and innovations to ensure you are your most perfectly flawless on your day of days. If I was getting married now, I’d be all over them:

To help winch myself into my tightly boned Alex Perry dress, I would follow the blood type diet, do weekly Hypoxi sessions and maybe even a course of Cool Sculpting to target those annoying bulges that exercise can’t shift. For hair, I’d start with the Silicea supplements three months out and I’d book in for an Olaplex colour two weeks before my big day, to give the colour time to settle.

For a brilliant smile, I’d do a course of ‘lite’ teeth whitening at Clean, Clear and Correct – it’s gradual and less painful than traditional in-chair power whitening. And I would definitely get lash extensions – they negate the need for mascara, which for me, is a major win. (I sobbed all the way up the aisle and through my vows!)
