Great article! I can’t find that Joseph Campbell book called ‘Letting Go’ anywhere. Is that name correct?

I think that this feature, along with Abigail O’Neill’s, is one of the most relatable and inspiring ones. She seems to be a very thoughtful and natural person and that is reflected in the products she chooses to use.
Thank you ! 🙂

What exactly is a Ayurvedic treatment? Sounds very interesting
tainas
Hi ! Ayurvedic treatments differ from patient to patient. It is part of an Indian natural system of healing that is thousands of years old. Usually herbs are prescribed as well as treatments such as gentle yoga, and oil scalp/body massages. As far as I can tell Isabel hasn’t posted anything about what specific treatments she got. On another note, Valentina Zelyaeva visited this retreat in Sri Lanka last year and I’m finding it irresistible in going there someday.

I also use Moroccan oil in my hair and love it, but sometimes have a difficult time finding a balance to avoid it looking too oily – any suggestions??
