Take the lift at DKSN, past the IGA, and you land in a recovery floor sitting up in the treetops. The views are all leaves. Inside there are infrared and traditional saunas, ice baths and a red-light bed, the full contrast circuit under one roof. It sits directly above GROUNDUP's reformer studio, so a class and a cold plunge can be the same trip. You can come once, buy a pack or join. This is the only GROUNDUP wellness space in the city, which makes it something of a first for Canberra. Sweat, plunge, repeat. Then go back down to the street a different person.
