She has sold millions of books, shared the stage with Oprah, and helped people around the world break cycles of shame, anxiety and fear. But Gabby Bernstein's story is far more than manifesting a dream life. It is about choosing, again and again, to live with purpose. Sitting down with her for this episode of Beautiful Inside was one of those conversations that quietly rearranges something inside you.
What struck me most is how gentle her message has become. Gabby is not asking us to hustle harder or vision board our way to happiness. She is asking us to heal, to soften, and to get out of our own way so that life can meet us halfway.
Why Manifesting Is Not About Doing More
For anyone who finds the word manifesting a little exhausting, Gabby's take is a relief. She is clear that it is not about effort, control or willing things into being. The real work, she explains, is internal.
When we are stuck in fear, shame or the belief that we are not enough, we unconsciously block the very things we say we want. Manifesting, in her world, is less about chasing and more about clearing the path so that what is meant for you can actually land.
The Four Step Method for Rewiring Your Beliefs
At the heart of the conversation is Gabby's four step method for rewiring limiting beliefs, drawn from the work in her latest book, Self Help. It is rooted in Internal Family Systems therapy, an approach she has made beautifully accessible.
The idea is to notice the protective patterns running the show, meet them with compassion rather than judgement, and gently choose a new belief. It is methodical and tender at once, and it gives you something practical to hold onto when old stories start to take over.
How Shame Blocks Your Intuition
One of the most moving parts of our talk was Gabby's honesty about shame. She describes how shame and our protection mechanisms quietly block our ability to truly receive, and how they cut us off from our own intuition.
She also shares the turning point of getting sober at twenty five, and how choosing inner peace became the foundation of everything that followed. It is a powerful reminder that healing is not a single decision but a practice of choosing yourself over and over.
The Rituals That Keep Her Grounded
We talk recovery, resilience and the small daily rituals that keep Gabby steady. Twice a day she practises non sleep deep rest meditation, and she regularly tunes in to what she calls divine direction for guidance.
This is a must listen for anyone craving more alignment, self compassion and spiritual clarity. To go deeper, follow Gabby on Instagram, pick up her latest book Self Help, and follow me and Beauticate for more.
